What E-Commerce platform does MySiteAU specialise in?

We specialise in using Shopify for our clients. However, all of our strategies are applicable for any and all E-Commerce platforms.

Where does MySiteAU operate from?

Our HQ's are based in Melbourne, Victoria and Adelaide, South Australia.

Where do I enter a discount code?

If you have a promo code for a discount, it may be automatically applied to your order when checking out. If the discount has not appeared, you may have to enter it manually at the checkout page in the 'Discount Code' box.

Always double check the discount is applied as if an order is placed and you forgot to enter a promo code, we won't be able to refund you the difference.

I am having problems logging into my account, what do I do?

If you have received a message stating that your email address/password is not recognisable - please follow the steps below:

- Clear your cache and browser history.

- Close and open a new browser.

- Make sure you are using the same email address and password that you registered with.

- If you are unable to recall your password, click on the “forgot your password?” link on the page. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Then, a link will be sent to you to create a new password for your account.

If you continue to experience problems, please contact us with the details and screenshots of the error.

Products

How do I access/download my products?

After completing your purchase, you will immediately receive a download link on the order confirmation page. This link allows you to instantly download the products included in your order. Additionally, for your convenience, a download link will also be sent to the email address you provided during your order process.

To access and download your products, simply click on the download link either on the order confirmation page or in the email. This will start the download process, allowing you to save the products directly to your device.

If you encounter any issues with downloading or if you haven't received your download link, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support for assistance.

What E-Commerce platforms do your products work with?

Our products are suitable for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Ecwid, Adobe Commerce, or other similar platforms.

We prioritise universal compatibility to ensure a smooth experience for all our users, no matter their chosen E-Commerce solution.

Do I have lifetime access to your products?

Yes, absolutely! When you purchase our products, you are granted lifetime access.
This means that once you've downloaded a product, it's yours to keep forever. You can use and refer back to it as often as you like, without any additional fees or expiration.

Are all of your products digital?

Yes, all of our products are digital. You will be given immediate access to your chosen product/s after purchase.

On what platforms/apps can I use your products?

You can effortlessly use our products in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Apple Numbers.

Can I access my digital product on multiple devices?

Yes, once you download your digital product, you can transfer it to multiple devices that you own. However, redistribution or sharing of the product is not permitted.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards and PayPal that can be used for online transactions.

If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer GooglePay and ApplePay too!

How secure is your payment?

Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

How do I use a discount code?

Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’!

*Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you are purchasing multiple bundles and discounts, we suggest placing separate orders.

Please check email offers for which items the code is applicable for.

What currency is the store in?

All pricing for our store is listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

If you would like to change the currency that you view our website in, you can do so by scrolling to the bottom of our website and selecting the country and currency.

Your order will be processed in AUD.

Orders

How do I place my order online?

Go to the product page you are after and follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click the “Add to Cart” button on the products you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping bag. The shopping bag will pop-up with the total amount to be paid and the checkout button. If the cart did not open, you can click on your shopping bag in the top right corner of the page and it will appear.

Step 2: Now you can either "Continue shopping” or click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to checkout.

Step 3: Click "Checkout" or "Express Checkout with PayPal". By clicking on one of those buttons you will be redirected to the checkout page. There you will be asked to complete all details requested from you on the form including shipping address, billing address and a form of payment.

Step 4: Once the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. Also, we will send you an email confirming your order within seconds. If you haven't received that email, please check in your spam folder and verify the email address you typed on the order confirmation page so that we can contact you.

Step 5: Depending on what product/s your ordered, you may have the option instantly to download your products. Alternatively, you will receive an email with download links.

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

Sure you can! Just add all the products you want to your shopping bag and then click on the “Checkout” button located inside the cart.

Navigate to the cart by clicking on the top right bag icon and scroll down to "Checkout".

Is my personal information secure when ordering a digital product?

Absolutely. We take your privacy and security seriously. All personal information and payment details are encrypted and processed through a secure server. We do not store payment information on our systems.

Are there any additional fees after purchasing a digital product?

No, there are no hidden or additional fees. The price you see is the final price for lifetime access to the digital product.

Can I share the digital product with others?

The purchase of our digital products grants you, the buyer, a license for individual use only. It is important to understand that sharing, redistributing, or reselling our digital products with others is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our terms of use. These products are the intellectual property of MySiteAU, and unauthorised distribution infringes on our copyright.

Engaging in such activities is not only against our policy but is also illegal under copyright laws. It compromises our ability to continue creating and providing high-quality digital products.

If we discover that a purchased product is being shared illegally, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. This may include revoking your access to our products and pursuing legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.

We ask that you respect the effort and creativity that go into our products and refrain from illegal sharing.
